  1. Where is my order?

 

Orders that placed between 20th  march to 9th April Are under process. Some of the shipments have been delivered successfully. But Many of them are still in Transit.  Due to this lockdown effect, our delivery partners are facing many issues. Still they will try to deliver the shipments as early as possible.

 

  1. How can I track My order?

 

All Orders placed between 20th  march to 9th April are shipped via surface/air mode via Delhivery Logistics, FEDEX/EKart Exp./Ecom Exp.

Courier Partners are short staffed and in this difficult situations they are facing many technical issues.

We are facing many technical issues to provide tracking informations, But Rest Assured we are working hard to to make sure the delivery reaches you at earliest.

 

  1. When Will the shipments deliver?

 

Due to challenges caused by ongoing coronavirus pandemic, all orders are in delay. Also we regret to promise any delivery date for the same,  But Rest Assured we are working hard to to make sure the delivery reaches you at earliest.

 

  1. How can I place a new order?

 

Temporarily, we have stopped taking new orders, We are working hard for the previous orders.

So TEMPORARILY CUSTOMER CANNOT PLACE ANY MORE ORDERS.

 

  1. How can I cancel my order?

 

Orders that placed between 20th  march to 9th April Are under process. Since the orders are in process, we can’t cancel any order at this time.

 

But In any case, if the buyer doesn’t want to take a delivery or they wish to cancel the order---- Then buyer can refuse to take the delivery.  After the refuse to take delivery, shipments will reach back to our Vadodara warehouse.  Please note we will process the refund (As Per TERMS) on the same day as we receive the shipment back to our warehouse.

 

 

  1. How can I get Refund for my Order?
